Having acted as Planning Supervisors for many years we now undertake CDM Co-ordinator duties under the revised 2007 CDM Regulations.
We provide advise under the Regulations to construction clients during the design and planning phases of construction work and assist with legal requirements the CDM Regulations place on duty holders on projects that are notifiable under the terms of the legislation.
Being members of the Association of Project Safety we have many years experience working along side construction clients, developers, main contractors and sub contractors in connection with the CDM regulations and wider health and safety management requirements placed on each duty holder including formation of health and safety plans and consideration of risk assessments and method statements for specific elements of work.
